Restaurant Talia and The Terrace
Dining in style is an essential feature of life at Wentworth Grange and our restaurant is designed to complement the exquisite food freshly prepared by our talented catering team. Light natural wood, wonderful views and a contemporary design best describes Restaurant Talia; not just a place to eat and drink, but also a place to relax. The Terrace leads directly off Restaurant Talia with views looking west towards Corbridge and the beautiful Tyne Valley; the perfect spot to savour a refreshing beverage.
To ensure our guests’ experience is everything we could wish, our Maître D’ will provide a warm welcome to guests and families and will ensure refreshments and meals are served. Our staff bring a wealth of experience working in some of the region’s top restaurants - one of the two managers who runs the dining area formerly worked at the Michelin-starred restaurant ‘Hjem’, in Hexham.
Meals served range from breakfast cooked freshly to order, a continental breakfast or anything in between. Lunch and early evening dinner are also served direct from our kitchen, prepared especially for our guests using the finest ingredients available to us. Teas and coffees are available throughout the day, be it a ‘tea for two’ or a flat white for one.
We have a wide variety of pastries (prepared by our Pastry Chef), healthy snacks and other food that are available in the restaurant all day.
From the bar, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are also available all day; nothing can beat enjoying your favourite drink whilst relaxing in the comfortable surroundings. All food and drink can be enjoyed wherever guests wish to sit whether at the restaurant, terrace, gardens, summer house or garden room.

Restaurant Talia is the centre of our dining story, where contemporary design meets mouthwatering dishes. With its light natural wood décor and stunning views, our care home restaurant provides a relaxing space for residents and their loved ones to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner together. Our culinary team prepares a varied menu catering to every preference, and premium snacks like fresh pastries and healthy nibbles are available throughout the day between mealtimes.
The Terrace
The Terrace, adjacent to Restaurant Talia, is the ideal place to unwind while taking in the spectacular west-facing views of Corbridge and the Tyne Valley. Whether enjoying a refreshing beverage, a light snack, or an evening meal, this space offers a delightful outdoor setting to elevate your dining experience. We also host special events that may include charity coffee mornings or beer tastings.
