About the Role:

We are currently recruiting for a Chef de Partie/Chef Tournant

 Hours:

Typical working days are 0800 - 1700, to include weekends, with set days off

This role will include:

Reporting in to the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef, your duties will include (but are not limited to):
Preparing, cooking and serving, fresh, local produce to an extremely high standard
Supporting fellow team members
Contributing and adapting to day-to-day events as they unfold
Adhering to set food safety systems
Assisting with the management of health and safety
Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices

About You:

Demonstrate a professional and corporate outlook
Have a kind and friendly manner
Have outstanding attention to detail
Are a self-starter capable of working on routine tasks with minimum supervision
Have a consistent high level of performance, even when under pressure
Be organised and methodical with the ability to adapt and flex when required

Requirements/Qualifications/Experience: 

2 year’s minimum experience in a similar role within a quality hotel or restaurant 
Food Hygiene certificate
DBS
NVQ Level 2 or higher 
Own Transport (preferable)
