The Sycamore Suite

Wentworth Grange is rolling out the red carpet for those looking for a unique mix of independent luxury living, whilst being secure in the knowledge that all their needs can be met and cared for with our 24 hour services.

Set within Wentworth Grange, The Sycamore Suite’s luxury living space boasts over 880 square feet of stunning accommodation. It has its own separate ‘front door’ access, giving a real feeling of independence to its guest(s), whilst also offering all of the services enjoyed by guests in the main facility.

The spacious lounge, with its high ceiling, large crystal chandelier and ornate coving, has view across the wooded Tyne Valley and is as relaxing as it is comfortable. The large windows are an excellent feature bringing in plentiful light and the stunning scenery is easily viewable from any position from within the room. The lounge is currently furnished with comfortable Chesterfield sofas and chairs, coffee tables and marble dining table. These can be retained or can be completely replaced by our guest(s).

A kitchen area provides the facilities to prepare food if required and the kitchen area can also be enhanced and adapted to suit your personal needs.

 The smart and spacious contemporary bathroom comprises of a large corner jacuzzi bath, with sink and vanity unit plus extra matching storage. Showering facilities can be made available at no extra cost.

The large bedroom, with lovely high ceilings and views to match, has a four-poster bed, plenty of storage and a walk-in-wardrobe.  

The entire suite has its own independently controlled under floor heating, enabling our guest(s) to vary the temperature of each room.

Internet Access
Commercial broadband is included to ensure instant access to the internet.

Telephones
The suite comes provided with the latest simple to use digital phone system. It offers free calls to local, national and mobile numbers. The handset can be specifically pre-programmed for our guest(s) needs, making contacting friends and family all that easier. Calls to Reception, Restaurant, Floor Manager and Housekeeping are also pre-programmed.

 Housekeeping
We will ensure that the suite is kept how the guest(s) like it and will visit the suite at least once a day.

 Laundry Service
The service is freely available 5 days a week with a usual turn around time of less than 24 hours.

Maintenence Service
Available 5 days a week for any assistance required.

 Administrative Support
Available 5 days a week, ideal for keeping and arranging appointments or ordering shopping and taxis.

 Assistance Call System
A ‘push button’ call system conveniently positioned in the lounge, bathroom and bedroom, giving access to our team when you require assistance. Whatever you need us for, help is just the push of a button away.

Restaurant Service
You can use the full restaurant service in the main Wentworth Grange facility, or have everything brought to you in the suite
